Building a website content strategy starts with identifying goals for each page. I consider: what types of visitors do we want to attract? What stage of the buyer’s journey are they in? What action do we want them to take next? I’ve had the opportunity to work on some exciting web refresh projects, including owning content strategy, developing messaging, and writing copy for TechValidate’s completely revamped 12-page corporate site.
